Meet Casper Bester, the awesome brain behind Strandveld Adventures. Casper's journey as a seasoned trails guide began in 2016, and his expertise has spanned the diverse landscapes of Kwazulu-Natal, the Little Karoo, and now the captivating Overberg region.
Since 2021, Casper has called Stanford home, where he not only manages holiday accommodations but also plays the crucial role of our local snake catcher.
His deep-rooted connection to this area makes him an invaluable part of our community, ready to share his knowledge and ensure everyone's safety.
Richard
Introducing Richard, a true "citizen of planet earth" with a fascinating journey spanning Kenya, Australia, Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), and finally settling in South Africa. A genuine African at heart and soul, Richard transitioned from a career in the Rhodesian and South African Air Forces to follow his passion for exploration.
As a dedicated Tour Guide, Richard lives his dream of sharing knowledge and experiences with every tourist he has the privilege to meet. Beyond his professional endeavors, every free moment is an opportunity for Richard to traverse Southern Africa with his wife, capturing the essence of remote corners through his lens.
